BLAST CHILLERS & FREEZERS
The benefits of blast chilling and freezing for food hygiene and efficiency are well-known. The Friulinox range includes a compact model, the CEB30C/F, which is perfect for smaller applications where space is limited. This unit is small enough to be placed on a counter top yet still has all of the features of the full-sized units. Other units in the CEB range are ideal for medium applications, with options from three to 16 trays, and available in electronic versions. The CRB201C is a full blast chiller and freezer range fully-compatible with the RationalTM oven range.
STAINLESS STEEL CABINETS
Again, a compact yet fully featured model is available for smaller kitchens – the CFF352 and CFS352. Also in this line-up is the Friulinox CFB2000 Bakery range which provides all of the exceptional features of the gastronorm sized cabinets but in the 30”x18” sized format used by much of the UK bakery industry. STAINLESS STEEL COUNTERS
Through innovative design, Friulinox CCC refrigerated counters offer a unique half door refrigerated section above the compressor compartment giving more storage space than any other counter on the market. Friulinox refrigerated counter units also feature a stainless steel back. The CPP range is ideal for fast food areas such as sandwich or pizza preparation where a large work surface needs to be combined with easy access to fillings/toppings.
